Our Pull Out Shelf WarrantyOur pull out sliding shelves are guaranteed for two years for our standard style shelves and five years for our premium shelves. If your pullout shelves fail due to a manufacturer's defect during the warranty period simply return the defective unit to us. Be sure to obtain a return authorization number before returning any product. You are responsible for paying shipping both ways. If we determine that the shelf or the hardware is defective we will replace the item at no charge to you (other than shipping) |
