Our Return policyAll returns must have a return authorization number on the outside of the package or they will not be accepted. You can call or email us for a return number 623-780-2555 sales@kitchenpulloutshelf.com Pull out shelves are custom made and are therefore not returnable. If the shelves are damaged you need to contact the shipping company, all orders are insured. If you measure incorrectly you can return the shelf to use and we will remake or cut down the shelf and return it for a $7 per shelf shipping charge |
